population. The Company operates five business segments: the
nursing home division, the assisted living division, the
retirement community division, the rehabilitation division and the
pharmacy division. The nursing home division operates four skilled
nursing care homes. The assisted living division operates two assisted
living facilities. The rehabilitation division provides rehabilitation
services primarily to the four long-term skilled nursing care homes. The

division operates two life care programs in maintenance free
independent apartment style setting. The pharmacy division
provides pharmacy services to nursing centers and other healthcare
providers.
The Skilled Care Division
WILMAC’s nursing home division provides care through the operation
of its nursing centers. WILMAC provides residents
with long-term care services, a full range of pharmacy, medical
and clinical services assistance with activities of daily living, including daily
dietary, social and recreational services.
WILMAC offers specialized programs for residents suffering from
Alzheimer's disease and other dementias through its Rosemont
Suites. These are discrete suites operated by teams of
professionals that are dedicated to addressing the problems
experienced by residents with Alzheimer's disease or other
dementias.
The Assisted Living Division
WILMAC’s assisted living division provides personal care
services in assisted living residences. Assisted living offers a
better way to care for people who need assistance but don't need the
extensive care found at a nursing home...and for a fraction of the
cost of a nursing home. We have created comforting, home-like
communities where seniors live in private apartments with their
own furnishings and treasures. Personalized services, planned to meet
each individual's unique needs, are provided in the privacy of
your own apartment, in a manner that maintains dignity and honors
individual choices.
The Independant Living Division
WILMAC’s independant living division offers unique and luxurious
retirement living in maintenance-free cottage and apartment units

The Rehabilitation Division
WILMAC’s rehabilitation division provides rehabilitative services
primarily in long-term care settings, but customers also include
hospitals, school districts, outpatient clinics, home health
agencies, assisted living facilities and hospice providers. WILMAC’s
rehabilitation division provides a full range of therapy services, including
physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies. In
addition to the standard physical, occupational and speech
therapies, WILMAC provides specialized rehabilitation programs
designed to meet the specific needs of the residents and patients
we serve. WILMAC’s specialized care programs are designed to deal
with dementias and Alzheimer's disease, wound care, pain
management and pulmonary therapies. Other programs offered
include fall prevention and continence improvement.
The Pharmacy Division
WILMAC’s pharmacy division services long-term care facilities and
a pharmacy management business servicing its nursing homes and
assisted living facilities. WILMAC’s pharmacy business provides a
full array of pharmacy services to nursing centers and specialized
care centers. The pharmacy division's core business is providing
pharmaceutical dispensing services to residents of nursing centers
and assisted living facilities. WILMAC purchases, repackages and
dispenses pharmaceuticals, both prescription and non-prescription,
in accordance with physician orders and delivers such medication
to the facility for administration to the patient or resident.
